Employer Allowed Sex Offender to Secretly Film Women in Workplace

An employer hired a known sexual predator and promoted him to Head of HR, IT and Finance, giving him unrestricted access to the bathroom, changing areas and workplaces of employees for over a decade.  Police first learned that a former female employee had hidden cameras installed in her home by the Head of HR for the Colorado Mountain Club. After searching the home of the executive, hundreds of surreptitious recordings were found showing that he had filmed employees and others conducting private activities at their workplace and other common places at the American Alpine Center in Golden.   Paula Greisen and Scott Medlock have sued the employer and the Center for failing to take minimal steps to protect these victims from this enormous invasion of privacy.
