Fighting for Civil Rights.

With a combined almost 50 years representing people in civil rights cases, Paula Greisen and Scott Medlock are leaders in the community representing victims of discrimination and governmental abuse.  We have brought and won innovative lawsuits against Fortune 500 companies, as well as state and the federal governments, understanding that abuse and discrimination can affect anyone at any time.

We advocate for employees and fight for those who have suffered the abuse of power by government officials and police, strongly believing that everyone is entitled to equity and fairness.

Our commitment to these values are reflected in our decades of service to our community. Our attorneys have served as President to the Faculty of Federal Advocates, on the Board of Directors of numerous organizations including Colorado Legal Services, the Colorado Plaintiff’s Employment Lawyer’s Association, the American Civil Liberties Union, the Texas Civil Rights Project, and the Lone Star Victims Advocacy Project, as well as on the Ethics Committee for the United States District Court.
